Live Storage For Pallets

We offer two types of "Drive-In" racking for live pallet storage:

Gravity flow: A brilliant storage solution for "first in - first out" (FIFO system) warehouse and industrial racking. This will be constructed with one of our, slightly sloping, pallet racking systems, with a loading area at the highest point, feeding pallets gently down to the lower positioned unloading area.

Push back: Push back storage is a rack system ideal for "last in - first out" (LIFO system) storage. Unlike 'gravity flow' it has a single loading area.

Live Storage For Boxes or Cartons

Although we do offer some Carton flow LIFO systems, the vast majority of our customers utilise a FIFO industrial shelving or normally carton live storage racking systems with conveyor rollers feeding an unloading conveyor belt  system or manual handling process.

This type of system also enables you to have  full visibility of stock levels on the 'conveyors', so pick aisles are kept full, and restocking of the storage solution can occur simultaneously with the 'picking'. A highly efficient warehouse racking system that minimises stoppages and downtime.  FIFO storage solutions minimises shelf time and keeps inventory fresh.

Live Storage For Seasonal Fluctuations

Whether it be Christmas in the winter or Glastonbury festival in the summer, there are many companies that require additional live storage solutions to cope with a seasonal increase in through flow in the warehouse.

Mobile Bulk Storage Racks  allow you to utilise the aisles between racks to increase overall capacity, yet still maintain normal operating procedures and usability in terms of being able to locate and access every stored pallet or product. This type of racking system sits on a base that is motorised and equipped with electronic controls (with safety devices) that can be either operated manually or remotely by computer aided systems.
